This Privacy Policy explains how Proven Form, LLC ("Proven Form," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use Levelday, the Levelday mobile app, levelday.app, and related services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Service").

In plain language: Levelday stores the values you enter so the app can work. That includes saving your progress, showing your history, restoring your account, supporting widgets, and syncing data where available. We do not sell your nutrition or wellness data. We do not use your tracking entries for targeted advertising, third-party marketing, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT Depending on how you use Levelday, we may collect the following categories of information:

1. Account information, such as your email address, user ID, authentication provider, and account settings. 2. Tracking information you enter, such as calories, protein, water, fiber, sugar, caffeine, custom metric entries, goals, units, shortcuts, notes, timestamps, daily history, food lookup selections, and derived nutrition results you choose to log. 3. Health sync information you choose to import, such as active calories burned through Workout Calorie Sync or body weight through Weight Sync, source record identifiers needed to prevent duplicates, dates and times, source app or provider, import status, and whether a source record was later deleted. We do not collect heart rate, sleep, steps, routes, nutrition, medical records, or broad health payloads for these features. 4. App configuration information, such as enabled metrics, preferred units, reminder settings, widget settings, theme choices, Workout Calorie Sync account visibility, and Pro feature status. 5. Purchase and entitlement information, such as subscription or lifetime purchase status, app store, product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal status, and RevenueCat or similar provider records. Payments are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider, and we do not receive your full payment card details. 6. Technical and usage information, such as device type, app version, operating system, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, and basic usage events needed to maintain, secure, and improve the Service. 7. Support information, such as messages, feedback, requests, and related contact details when you contact us.

2. WELLNESS AND NUTRITION DATA Some information you enter into Levelday may be sensitive because it relates to your nutrition, hydration, habits, or wellness goals. We treat this information as user-provided wellness data.

Levelday is not a medical service, and we do not ask you to enter diagnoses, treatment plans, medication instructions, lab results, or other clinical information. You should avoid entering medical information that is not needed to use the Service.

If you use a provider-backed food lookup feature, Levelday may process your search text, selected food, serving choice, and quantity so the feature can display nutrition information and create tracking entries you confirm. Provider-backed lookup results are not used to create Levelday-owned shared food records.

Camera access is used only when you choose to take a food photo for analysis. If you use food photo analysis, Levelday processes only photos you choose to take for that feature. The photo is resized and transcoded on your device, sent to Levelday servers, and then sent to Edamam for analysis. We do not store the photo in our hosted storage. We may store the derived nutrition result and tracking entries you choose to log.

If you enable Workout Calorie Sync or Weight Sync, Levelday may request narrow read access to the related data type from Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android. These features are optional, off by default, and used only to create or suggest the related entries in Levelday. Removing a Levelday synced entry does not delete the source record from Apple Health or Health Connect.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We store and process your information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Levelday. This includes using your information to:

save your daily tracking entries and goals;

display your progress, history, and summaries;

restore your data if you log in again or change devices;

sync data across devices, where available;

power widgets, notifications, and reminders you enable;

manage account access and authentication;

process purchases and confirm Pro entitlements;

provide provider-backed food lookup, food photo analysis, and create tracking entries you confirm;

import or suggest workout calorie exercise credits when you enable Workout Calorie Sync;

import body weight entries when you enable Weight Sync;

troubleshoot bugs, crashes, and support requests;

send product updates or offers where permitted by law and consistent with your choices;

protect the Service from misuse, fraud, security incidents, or technical problems;

understand aggregate app performance and reliability;

comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not use your user-entered nutrition or wellness entries for targeted advertising, third-party marketing, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling.

4. NO SALE, NO TARGETED ADVERTISING, AND NO AI TRAINING We do not sell your personal information, your user-entered wellness or nutrition data, or imported Workout Calorie Sync data.

We do not use your user-entered tracking entries, goals, wellness metrics, or imported Workout Calorie Sync data for targeted advertising, third-party marketing, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling.

We do not use your user-entered wellness or nutrition data, or imported Workout Calorie Sync data, to train AI models. If we ever introduce a feature that uses this data for AI model training or similar purposes, we will update this Privacy Policy and request any consent required by law before doing so.

We do not use provider-backed food lookup responses to build, train, enrich, or complete a Levelday-owned food database.

5. WHEN WE SHARE INFORMATION We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

with service providers that help us operate, maintain, secure, or support Levelday;

when you direct us to share information or use a feature that requires sharing;

with nutrition lookup providers when you use a provider-backed food lookup or food photo analysis feature;

to comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid governmental requests;

to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of users, Levelday, Proven Form, or others;

in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate notice and safeguards;

with your consent.

We do not sell your user-entered wellness or nutrition data or imported Workout Calorie Sync data.

6. SERVICE PROVIDERS We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate Levelday. These providers may assist with cloud hosting, database storage, authentication, crash reporting, analytics, customer support, purchase entitlement management, security, and similar operational services.

These providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise required by law. We do not authorize service providers to sell your user-entered wellness data or use it for their own targeted advertising.

Food lookup provider calls, including food photo analysis requests, are made from Levelday servers. We do not expose provider credentials to the mobile app.

7. ANALYTICS AND DIAGNOSTICS We may collect limited analytics and diagnostic information to understand app performance, fix bugs, improve reliability, and measure feature usage.

Unless we separately disclose otherwise and obtain any required consent, we do not use your user-entered wellness or nutrition entries for targeted advertising or third-party marketing analytics.

8. WIDGETS, NOTIFICATIONS, AND DEVICE DISPLAY If you enable widgets, notifications, lock screen features, home screen features, or reminders, Levelday may display selected progress or tracking information outside the main app. This information may be visible to anyone who can see your device.

You can disable or change these features through Levelday settings or your device settings.

9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION We retain your information for as long as needed to provide Levelday, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information from account settings in the app, where available, or by contacting us at [email protected] or through https://levelday.app/support. Deletion is subject to limited exceptions where retention is required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.

Deleted data may not be immediately removed from backups, but backup copies will be handled according to our backup retention practices and will not be used for ordinary app functionality after deletion.

10. SECURITY We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information we process. For example, we use encrypted transmission where appropriate and restrict access to user information based on operational need.

No method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that information will always remain secure.

11. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to appeal a privacy request decision or opt out of certain uses where applicable law provides those rights.

You can update some account, tracking, widget, notification, marketing, and app settings in Levelday or your device settings. 12. CHILDREN Levelday is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

13. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where we or they operate. Data protection laws in those places may differ from the laws where you live.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and will be effective when posted or otherwise communicated, unless a later effective date is stated.
